Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Pediatric Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty of Pediatric nursing, with additional emphasis on epilepsy monitoring and specialized care for pediatric patients up to 25 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care for pediatric patients in the intensive care unit.
• Monitor patient conditions while administering inpatient treatments as required.
• Coperate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient management.
• Administer medications and IV therapies according to standards and protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent nursing experience in Pediatrics.
• Current Ohio or Compact State Nursing License required.
• American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience with ECG’s, inotropes, and NIHHS preferred.
