Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with a specialty in CVOR. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 months of recent CVOR experience, with a preference for those who have Open Heart and Vascular experience. The position requires proficiency in both scrubbing and circulating.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing cardiovascular procedures.
• Assist with both scrubbing and circulating duties during surgeries.
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in ECG rhythm recognition assessments and safeMedicate during orientation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of direct CVOR experience prior to travel.
• Recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required for submission.
• Must be able to work at least every other holiday.
