Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule

Night shift – 3 x 12 hours (19:00 – 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Emergency Department care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
• Respond to medical emergencies and collaborate with team members to deliver effective care.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans based on clinical findings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Emergency Department experience.
• Must have 18 months of permanent Emergency Department experience prior to travel.
• MUST possess a permanent Ohio license or a compact state license in hand.
• Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
• MUST have experience with Epic electronic health record.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is required.
