Night shift, 3 – 12 hour shifts, 7 PM – 7:30 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Labor and Delivery and provide high-quality care to patients during labor and postpartum. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimum patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care before, during, and after childbirth.
• Monitor patients’ vital signs and assess fetal heart rate patterns.
• Administer medications and assist with pain management.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop individual care plans.
• Educate patients and families on maternity care and newborn care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Current active Ohio RN license or compact state license required.
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications are mandatory.
