Night shifts, 3 – 12 hour shifts (19:00 – 07:30)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical telemetry nursing, providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients with varying medical-surgical conditions.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Administer medications and IV therapy as per the care plan.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families regarding health conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• Must have a valid and active Ohio license or Compact State license.
• AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation.
