Registered Nurse - MS/Tele

ALL requirements listed in job description & submittal requirements are NON-NEGOTIABLE and no exceptions will be made. Med/Surg Tele RN Night shift, 3 -12 hour shifts, 7pm-730am Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience. Nurses will be monitoring post operative patients overnight with a planned discharge from the Beachwood ASC the next morning Must have 18 months perm MS/Tele PRIOR to travel. MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND AHA BLS & ACLS required Recent (within the last 6 months) Epic charting experience is REQUIRED. *ONE recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor or director in the specialty applying for are REQUIRED to qualify for submission. Charge RN refs accepted! Traveler must work at least every other holiday ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required Qualivis Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked
