Your Responsibilities

• Foster a team-oriented culture prioritizing patient care and outstanding outcomes through collaboration with healthcare disciplines.
• Design and implement patient care programs, policies, and procedures ensuring comprehensive assessment and management of nursing needs.
• Represent nursing interests on various committees, including Quality Council and Ethics Committees, to support holistic care delivery.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including Joint Commission and CMS standards.

Your Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in accordance with state laws.
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Commit to obtaining CRRN certification within one year after eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field, with advanced degrees preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in an inpatient hospital setting, with at least two years in Nursing Management.
• A willingness to work on various shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
