Travel Nursing Job Details Job Title: Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Mayfield Heights, Ohio (44124) – Greater Cleveland area Contract Type: Travel Nursing Assignment Assignment Length: 13 weeks Start Date: January 30, 2026 End Date: May 1, 2026 Shift: Night shift, 3 x 12-hour shifts per week (19:00 - 07:00) Hours per Week: 36 Unit: 5 Main – Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse Qualifications Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS & ACLS certifications Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation Ability to work at least every other holiday during contract period Nursing Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed interventions Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes Accurately document patient care in hospital charting systems Participate in orientation and complete required nursing assessments Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards Take the next step in your nursing career with this travel RN job in Mayfield Heights, Ohio.
