Travel Nurse Job Details

Location: Warrensville Heights, OH 44122 (Cleveland area nursing jobs)
Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry – 7 Observation Unit
Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: January 30, 2026 – End: May 1, 2026)
Estimated Weekly Pay: $1780 – $1910
Shift: Nights, 3x12-hour shifts per week (19:00 – 07:30)
Hours per Week: 36
Employment Type: Travel RN Contract (W2)

Registered Nurse Qualifications

At least 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience in a hospital setting
Active Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license required
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications
One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry
Ability to work every other holiday during contract
COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation
Background check and onsite fingerprinting required
Completion of required nursing modules prior to assignment

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Responsibilities

Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, including cardiac rhythm monitoring
Respond to changes in patient condition and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the EMR
Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards
