Shifts Available

• Second: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Third/Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do

• Deliver safe, resident-centered care
• Collaborate with care teams, physicians, and families
• Serve as a clinical role model and resource for staff

Requirements

• Current LPN or RN license in KY (or reciprocal state) in good standings with no restrictions
• CPR certification
• Long-term care experience preferred
