Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse - Operating Room at Ohio Orthopedic Surgery Institute located in Columbus, OH, and Grove City Surgery Center located in Grove City, OH. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing exceptional nursing care to patients during surgical procedures. Duties include preparing the operating room, assisting with surgeries, monitoring patient vitals, maintaining sterile environments, and collaborating with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The Staff Nurse will uphold all safety and quality standards while ensuring patient comfort and well-being during procedures.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Operating Room protocols and practices
• Strong background in Nursing with knowledge of patient safety and care
• Experience in Surgery and assisting medical teams during procedures
• Skills in providing compassionate and effective Patient Care
• License to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Ohio
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
