TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced and compassionate Oncology Registered Nurse (RN) to provide specialized nursing care to patients undergoing cancer treatment. This role involves delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and supporting patients and families throughout the treatment journey.

Job Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other oncology treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and assess patients for treatment responses and side effects.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medications, and symptom management.
• Collaborate with oncologists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary care teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Provide emotional support and palliative care as needed during different stages of illness.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, infection control measures, and clinical standards.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted RN license in the applicable state.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of recent oncology nursing experience preferred.
• Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential preferred.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS required.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and compassionate care skills.
• Knowledge of oncology medications, infusion therapy, and symptom management.
