Location: Sharonville, Ohio

Schedule: Full-Time, 9-Hour Shifts

Shift Details

• 2nd Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:30 PM (Monday – Thursday)
• Standby Holiday Rotation
• Standby every 3rd weekend

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the nursing team during assigned shifts, ensuring safe, high-quality care.
• Mentor, train, and guide nursing staff to foster growth and confidence.
• Collaborate with physicians, the Medical Director, and the Director of Nursing to align care plans.
• Coordinate across departments to meet the diverse needs of residents and respite guests.
• Manage staffing coverage to maintain efficiency and resident satisfaction.
• Support orientation and ongoing education to uphold compliance and enhance skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 18 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Licensed by the Ohio Board of Nursing as an RN or LPN
• Prior leadership experience required; Nursing Supervisor experience preferred
• Successful completion of a knowledge assessment and skills demonstration
