How You Will Make a Difference

• Provide direct, compassionate care to patients and residents, maintaining the highest quality standards.
• Supervise daily activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local Standards, as well as facility policies and procedures.
• Verify that all nursing staff adheres to established guidelines.

What You Need to Make a Difference

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to thrive under pressure.
• Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Proficient technical, assessment, and documentation abilities while maintaining confidentiality.
