A nursing opportunity is available for experienced ICU Registered Nurses at a respected medical center in Mentor, OH. Shift & Schedule

• Night Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
• Floating assignment across inpatient units

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to ICU patients with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4
• Float across inpatient areas including Stepdown and Med/Surg units at two medical centers, providing flexibility and varied clinical experience
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
• Promote patient safety and comfort while adhering to hospital policies and protocols

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid RN licensure with critical care (ICU) nursing experience
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
• Experience working in a high-acuity setting with stepdown and medical/surgical patients considered a plus
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
