OR Nurse (RN) | Cleveland, Ohio

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with specialized skills in the operating room to support surgical teams in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role focuses primarily on a 7-room inpatient and outpatient unit, with flexibility to float to a 26-room main OR department that handles level one trauma cases when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care, primarily as a scrub nurse, with the ability to circulate as needed.
• Assist in surgeries involving advanced technology, including the Davinci XI robotic system.
• Support procedures related to posterior eye surgeries and eye trauma cases.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and efficient operating room flow.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Valid RN license with operating room experience required.
• Proficient in scrubbing, with demonstrated competence on the Davinci XI surgical system.
• Experience with ophthalmic surgery, particularly posterior eye and eye trauma cases, is highly valued.
• Ability to assist as both scrub and circulating nurse based on workflow demands.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, trauma-ready hospital setting.
