Telemetry Registered Nurse | Delphos, Ohio

Provide specialized nursing care in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and telemetry setting, ensuring the safe and effective delivery of patient care in compliance with nursing standards and hospital protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize the Nursing Process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a telemetry/ LTAC environment
• Anticipate patient care needs and lead clinical decision-making during shifts
• Delegate and prioritize patient care tasks appropriately based on staff skill levels
• Provide supervision and guidance to assigned patient care personnel
• Maintain required clinical competencies through ongoing education and training
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and nursing regulations

Desired Qualifications/Experience

• Current RN license with Ohio state or multi-state compact privileges (must be included with application)
• 2 to 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or LTAC settings
• ACLS and BLS certifications, American Heart Association credentials required (attach copies)
• Experience with ventilator and tracheostomy care
• Knowledge of central line management and preferred experience in wound care
