Critical Care Registered Nurse | Painesville, Ohio

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Minimum of 18 months recent ICU nursing experience
• At least 18 months permanent experience in the ICU specialty prior to assignment
• Current Ohio nursing license or a compact state license in hand
• American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification mandatory
• Ability to successfully complete ECG rhythm recognition and SafeMedicate assessments during orientation

Schedule

• Day shift, three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 am to 7:30 pm)

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in regular skill assessments and compliance training as part of continuing education requirements
