Intensive Care RN | Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio

An opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with ICU experience to provide specialized care in the Intensive Care Unit. This role offers a night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts, providing consistency for those who prefer a structured evening routine. Ideal candidates hold a minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience and have 18 months permanent experience in their specialty prior to travel assignments.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Active Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months recent ICU experience
• At least 18 months permanent experience in the ICU specialty prior to travel assignments
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS and ACLS certifications
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation

Schedule/Hours

• Night shift
• 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and interpret vital signs and advanced cardiac rhythms
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with hospital protocols
