Intensive Care RN | Euclid, Ohio

A rewarding opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse specializing in ICU care. This contract position offers a challenging and dynamic work environment within a hospital setting, requiring adaptability and clinical expertise across multiple inpatient units.

Location

This position is based in Euclid, OH, a vibrant community known for its scenic lakefront, diverse dining options, and family-friendly attractions. Euclid provides easy access to metropolitan amenities while maintaining a welcoming suburban atmosphere.

Schedule/Hours

• Night Shift: 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m.
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in multiple inpatient areas including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg units
• Maintain a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4-6 in general units and 1:2-3 in ICU settings
• Float between different inpatient units within the medical center and its affiliate to support staffing needs
• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety procedures while delivering compassionate patient care

Desired Experience

• Current RN licensure with ICU experience
• Ability to manage complex clinical scenarios with critical care patients
• Flexibility and willingness to float among inpatient units
• Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced environments
