Key Responsibilities

• Provide immediate postoperative care for pediatric cardiac patients
• Manage inotropic medication infusions and monitor patient responses
• Care for patients with mediastinal chest tubes, central and arterial lines
• Deliver advanced respiratory support, including ventilator and advanced airway management
• Support neonatal and family-centered care practices
• Oversee post-cardiac catheterization patient monitoring
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation and communication (preferred skill)

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid RN licensure with ICU experience required
• Expertise in pediatric cardiac intensive care nursing
• Proficient with critical care skills including inotropic medication management and advanced airway techniques
• Familiarity with central lines, arterial lines, and chest tube care
• Experience with neonatal care in an ICU environment
• Prior use of EPIC electronic medical records system favored
