Intensive Care RN | Willoughby, Ohio

Schedule

• Night Shift: 7:00 PM 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in ICU, Stepdown, and Medical/Surgical units
• Float among all inpatient areas within the medical center system as required
• Manage a nurse-to-patient ratio ranging from 1:4 to 1:6
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes

Desired Experience

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with critical care (ICU) experience
• Ability to adapt quickly across different inpatient units including ICU, Stepdown, and Med/Surg
• Strong clinical assessment and multitasking skills in a high-acuity environment
• Flexibility to work floating assignments and holiday rotations
