Med-Surg Nurse (RN) - Massillon, OH

A Registered Nurse with Med/Surg Telemetry expertise is needed for a contract position in Massillon, OH. This role offers the opportunity to work night shifts in a reputable healthcare setting, providing critical care to patients requiring medical/surgical and telemetry nursing.

Schedule/Hours

• Night shift
• 3 shifts per week
• 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing
• Valid permanent Ohio nursing license or a compact state license
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to medical/surgical telemetry patients
• Monitor patients cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes
• Collaborate closely with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document care and patient progress using electronic systems
