Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Kenton, Ohio

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using age-specific criteria
• Provide direct nursing care and maintain clinical competence based on scientific knowledge

• Assist in planning and directing care activities on the unit
• Collaborate with and teach non-RN staff such as LPNs, Patient Care Technicians (PCT), and Unit Secretaries
• Uphold policies, procedures, and standards to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in medical-surgical nursing or related field preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
