Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Massillon, Ohio

A registered nurse with strong experience in Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing is needed for a contract position in Massillon, Ohio. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment while providing critical care to patients on the night shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients on medical-surgical telemetry units.
• Monitor patient status, administer medications, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Accurately document patient information and report changes in condition.
• Utilize relevant electronic systems efficiently, including time reporting tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months recent permanent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry nursing.
• Current Ohio nursing license or licensure in a Compact State.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to work night shifts.
• Experience using electronic documentation and timekeeping systems is preferred.

Schedule

• Night shift
• Three 12-hour shifts per week (7:00 pm to 7:30 am)
