Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a Med/Surg Telemetry unit during night shifts.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions using telemetry equipment.
• Safely administer medications and treatments in line with hospital protocols.
• Complete required assessments and maintain accurate documentation.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience

• Current Ohio RN license or an active license from a compact state.
• Minimum of 18 months recent and permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Must be available to work every other holiday.
• Ability to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
• Experience with electronic time tracking systems preferred.

Schedule

• Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

• This is a contract assignment.
• PBDS Assessment is waived for this position.
• Orientation includes essential competency evaluations.
