Schedule/Hours

  • Day/Night rotating shifts or straight nights (7:30 PM 8:00 AM)
  • Evening, overnight, and weekend coverage required in a 6-week rotation schedule
  • Navy blue scrubs policy

Qualifications/Desired Experience

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license with NICU specialty experience
  • Proficient in providing neonatal critical care to fragile infants
  • Ability to work rotating shifts or straight nights as needed
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in fast-paced clinical settings

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Deliver direct nursing care to neonates in the NICU according to established protocols
  • Monitor vital signs and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educate and support families during their newborns hospital stay
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
