Oncology Registered Nurse - Euclid, Ohio

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in Oncology, Step Down, Surgical, and Telemetry units.
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Active RN license.
• Experience in Medical-Surgical Oncology nursing.
• Familiarity with Step Down, Surgical, and Telemetry unit protocols.
• Ability to work rotating shifts effectively.
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills.

Schedule/Hours

• Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM 7:30 AM.
• Every other week (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH).
• Approximately 36 hours per week.
