A skilled Registered Nurse with a focus on Operating Room care is needed to support surgical services in a dynamic healthcare setting in Newark, OH. Schedule / Hours

• 36 hours per week
• Day shift options: 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM (12-hour shifts) or 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (four 10-hour shifts)
• Rotating call schedule including weekday and weekend coverage
• Call schedule includes split responsibilities (Call 1 and Call 2), with potential holiday calls depending on census and staffing

Qualifications & Desired Experience

• Current RN license with a minimum of 3 years recent and relevant OR nursing experience
• Active BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Experience in robotic surgery, neurology, and orthopedics strongly recommended
• Proficiency with Epic EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive perioperative nursing care to patients within the Operating Room setting
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and support staff to maintain high standards of patient safety and care quality
• Participate actively in call rotations, responding promptly to surgical needs
• Document all care and interventions accurately in the EMR system
