Registered Nurse ER | Medina, Ohio

Experienced Registered Nurses with a focus on Emergency Room care are invited to apply for a contract opportunity in Medina, OH. This role offers the chance to engage in fast-paced emergency care within a renowned healthcare setting, primarily covering night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Candidates will support critical patient interventions and emergency response initiatives, leveraging their specialized skills in urgent care and trauma management.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
• Perform rapid assessments and initiate urgent treatments
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Complete required competency evaluations including ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments

Desired Qualifications

• Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Emergency Department experience; travel experience may be accepted
• Valid Ohio RN license or a Compact State license available upon application
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• TNCC certification preferred
• Ability and willingness to work every other holiday during the contract period
