Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring safety, comfort, and adherence to clinical protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and communicate effectively with healthcare providers.
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure with a Master of Science in Nursing.
- Proven clinical skills and the ability to assess and manage complex patient cases.

Schedule
- Day shift, working three 12-hour shifts per week (07:00 - 19:30).
