Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse at The Pavilion at Canal Fulton, located in Canal Fulton, OH. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, administering medications, monitoring residents’ health conditions, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary care team. Additional responsibilities include developing and implementing care plans, providing emotional support to patients and their families, and maintaining accurate records to ensure regulatory compliance and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in patient care, administering medications, and health monitoring
• Demonstrated ability in developing and maintaining care plans
• Knowledge of infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach with attention to detail
• Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio
• CPR/BLS certification is required
• Prior experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation care is preferred
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
