Primary Care, FNP

Position Purpose:​

This full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (APP) position supports the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a Mount Carmel primary care office setting. The APP provides comprehensive health services across the lifespan, with a strong emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and improving community access to care. APPs at Mount Carmel are highly valued members of the care team and are offered excellent compensation, benefits, and an annual CME stipend. Experience in the outpatient primary care setting is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Masters required in Science, Nursing or specialty field. Graduate of Advanced Practitioner Program.
  • Current License as RN and Nurse Practitioner in Ohio. Certified as Advance Practice Nurse in designated specialty.
  • BLS provider certification
  • DEA license
  • Strong clinical assessment and analytical skills
  • Self-directed professional with strong organizational skills
  • Highly prefer an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner, 3+ years of Nurse Practitioner experience
