  • Must abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.
  • Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
  • Full time 40 hours per week.
  • 100% travel to the patients homes for care.
  • This position is the day shift.
  • Monday-Friday with rotating weekends and holidays.
  • This position will service the Parma area.
  • 30 Visits per week.

Sign-on Bonus: This position is eligible for a $6000 sign-on bonus to eligible candidates. Eligible candidates must be newly hired to UH and have at least 1yr of RN experience.

University Hospitals is offering a $6,000 sign on bonus, minus applicable taxes, for designated regular full-time RN positions to experienced RN’s (1 years or more) hired externally.

Internal Applicants are not eligible for the sign on bonus.

  • Other Accredited Program: Diploma in Nursing or
  • (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
  • (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
  • (MN) Master in Nursing preferred.
  • Knowledge of nursing process and practice.
  • Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (i.e. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.
  • Registered Nurse (RN), Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License Required Upon Hire and
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Required Upon Hire.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) May be required based on the clinical care standards of the unit. Refer to ACLS/PALS Unit Requirements document found on DWP Nursing Portal to determine requirements by unit.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) May be required based on the clinical care standards of the unit. Refer to ACLS/PALS Unit Requirements document found on DWP Nursing Portal to determine requirements by unit.
