Ohio Licensed Tele-Health Nurse

A company is looking for a Tele-Health Nurse (LPN) to provide remote support to patients and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities

Provide telephonic and electronic service and support to stakeholders to enhance medication adherence

Coordinate the collection of patient-specific clinical data to meet regulatory program requirements

Ensure compliance with regulatory and service line requirements while addressing stakeholder needs and safety concerns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Vocational or technical training is required

Current Licensed Practical Nurse licensure is required

Two or more years of experience in a healthcare setting, such as a physician's office or laboratory

Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Suite software

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing healthcare needs
