Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) / Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

Job Description

The position is for a Registered Nurse in a Cardiac Stepdown Unit at a major healthcare facility. The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients requiring cardiac monitoring and intervention.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care to patients in a stepdown setting.
Monitor and interpret arrhythmias and other cardiac issues.
Administer medications and treatments as per protocols.
Document patient care and progress accurately.
Collaborate with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

MUST HAVE 18 months of permanent experience in cardiac stepdown nursing prior to travel.
Recent travel experience in a cardiac stepdown unit is acceptable.
Permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand is required.
AHA BLS & ACLS certifications are mandatory.
NIH certification is required.
