Duties/Responsibilities

Escorting patients to exam rooms.
Recording patient medical, social and family history.
Measuring patient vital signs (blood pressure, weight, height).
Completing injections for patients.
Assisting with front office duties.
Telephone Triage
Assisting with educating patient on care-gap closures.
Provide medical triage via telephone to patients
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Current Ohio Registered Nurse (RN)
Basic knowledge of immunizations, medications, and medical terminology.
Knowledge of Electronic Health Records systems preferred.
Must have proficient computer skills
Ability to work with a variety of teams and offices
