Your Role as a Registered Nurse

• Lead patient care, supervise treatment plans, and conduct thorough assessments while addressing individual patient needs.
• Develop meaningful connections with patients and their families, fostering an environment conducive to healing.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and provide direct support when necessary.
• Be a resource for colleagues, offering guidance with complex patient situations and inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN licensure as mandated by state regulations.
• Valid CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital is preferred.
