LPN salary range: $24 - $26/hour
RN salary range: $31 - $34/hour
Workweek schedule: Monday-Friday 6 am - 2:30 pm

Nurse: Opiate Treatment Job Requirements

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, with an active, unencumbered license in the State of Ohio as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) required.
Minimum of one-year experience in medical nursing.
AOD and or Psychiatric Nursing experience required.
