Registered Nurse Job Details

• Location: Cleveland, OH 44125 (Cuyahoga County)
• Healthcare Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry – 4 East/West Unit
• Assignment Type: Travel RN Contract
• Start Date: December 19, 2025
• End Date: March 20, 2026
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• RN Shifts: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts per week (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Alternative Schedules: 2x12, 3x12, or 4x12 hour shifts available
• Total Hours per Week: 36
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1780 - $1910

Med/Surg Telemetry RN Requirements

• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience required
• Active, permanent Ohio RN license or Compact State nursing license required at time of submission
• Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification before start date
• One recent supervisory reference (manager, ANM, supervisor, director, or charge RN) in Med/Surg Telemetry required
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (2 attempts maximum)
• Must complete BCI/FBI fingerprinting within 48 hours of contract signing
• Ability to pick up badge and complete onsite fingerprinting prior to start date

Registered Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients in a busy hospital unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers
• Accurately document patient care in accordance with hospital and healthcare regulations
• Participate in orientation, required assessments, and ongoing nursing education modules
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory requirements
