Medical-Surgical Nurse (RN) - Lorain, Ohio

This contract role is based in Lorain, OH, offering a night shift schedule with flexible options to work 4x12, 3x12, or 2x12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM.

Qualifications / Desired Experience

• Registered Nurse with at least 18 months recent Medical-Surgical Telemetry experience.
• Prior permanent Medical-Surgical/Telemetry experience required before travel assignment.
• Must hold a current permanent Ohio nursing license or be licensed in a Compact State.
• Certification in BLS and ACLS is mandatory.
• Willingness to obtain NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification prior to start.
• One recent professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required (Charge RN references accepted).
• Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
