Registered Nurse ER | Middletown, Ohio

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care in the Emergency Department during night shifts (7 PM to 7 AM).
• Collaborate with medical teams to provide critical interventions and monitor patient status.
• Support floating assignments across specialty clusters when required, including high-risk respiratory and COVID care units.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare policies and procedures, including thorough documentation.
• Work every other weekend and holiday as part of the rotating schedule.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid Ohio Registered Nurse License required.
• Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Emergency Department nursing.
• Current certifications: ACLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI/AVADE/CalmEveryStorm.
• Degree in Nursing: BSN or Associate Degree accepted.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records system mandatory.

Additional Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week.
• Floating assignments may include main and satellite campuses within close proximity.
• Contract role with the possibility of cancellation under specific terms.
• Travelers are not eligible for internal employee incentives.
