Telemetry Registered Nurse - Lima, Ohio

A Registered Nurse (RN) with telehealth expertise is needed for a contract position in Lima, Ohio. This role involves delivering high-quality nursing care consistent with healthcare mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures. The RN will manage patient care throughout their shift, applying scientific knowledge and clinical judgment to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care using age-specific criteria.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care
• Provide guidance and support to non-RN staff such as LPNs, Patient Care Technicians, and Unit Secretaries
• Maintain accurate documentation consistent with clinical standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Experience in telehealth nursing preferred
