• Job Title: Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Locum Tenens (Travel Nurse)
• Location: Saint Marys, OH 45885 (Ohio nursing jobs)
• Unit: Med/Surg Telemetry
• Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (18:45 - 07:15)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks
• Hours per Week: 36
• Start Date: October 20, 2025
• End Date: January 19, 2026
• Weekend Coverage: Every other weekend required
• EMR System: Allscripts
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $1770 - $1820

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Ohio RN license or Compact Nursing License (required at submission)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• BLS certification (AHA or RQI accepted)
• COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
• Experience with Allscripts EMR preferred
• Two recent references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Tele specialty
• First-time travel nurses welcome!

Nursing Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical Telemetry unit
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions; administer medications
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes
• Float to other hospital units within scope as needed
• Participate in block scheduling discussions during interview
• Maintain accurate and timely charting using Allscripts EMR
